Pacific Palisades Neighborhoods
The Huntington - A beautiful neighborhood where eucalyptus trees line the streets, you´ll find many luxury colonial style homes here. The community was developed by W.W. William who gave the streets the names of Mexican aristocracy to honor a friend of his. Now you´ll find that each of the wide lots holds a charming, traditional home with plenty of room for gardens.
The Alphabet Streets - Also known as "North Village", this neighborhood is home to some of the most family friendly areas in Pacific Palisades. Named for Methodist Bishops, many the streets of this neighborhood are in alphabetical order. As an added bonus, homes in The Alphabet Streets are within walking distance of some of the best shops in Pacific Palisades.

The Village Bluffs - Bordered by Sunset Blvd, The Village Bluffs contain El Medio Bluff and Via de la Paz Bluff, and of course the homes therein. As you might imagine, the views can be spectacular. Even if you can´t see them from your window it´s an easy walk to the nearest vista.
Castellemmare - A little community on the coast, this neighborhood was designed to resemble the seaside cities of Italy. The streets here are all in Italian. The homes here are typically of a more modern architecture though you will occasionally find an old time villa. You´ll find the world famous Getty Villa here.
Sunset Mesa - For the most views in Pacific Palisades, you´ll definitely want to look here. The Pacific View Estates consist of mostly 1-story, luxury homes with an unparalleled view of the ocean. Life here is laid back. You´re more likely to see skateboarders and surfers than motorists in this neighborhood.
